The path to change starts with the decision to do so. At over 300 pounds, Atlanta, Ga. native, Chris Simms, was staring at a hazardous medical outlook, and had had enough. He made a choice to make some serious changes. With tenacity, determination, and the support of his family at Atlanta run club, “Movers & Pacers,” Chris has now run over 20 marathons, shed over 150 lbs., and found a new self through the power of running.
